Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold vibecosmetics.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, resulting from any violation of this agreement by you as the Customer. Vibecosmetics.com reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Vibe Cosmetics in asserting any available defenses.
Vibecosmetics.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue its online Service with or without notice to the Customer.

If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
